Reside Navy Yard offers 81 units, including studio apartments and two-bedroom townhouses, while Reside NoMa provides 67 units. Both properties offer professionally managed, upscale accommodations designed for extended-stay travelers, featuring amenities like in-unit laundry, fully equipped kitchens, and high-speed WiFi.
These new openings build on the successful launch of other 'Wyndham Residence' locations, including Reside Seattle Downtown and Reside Houston Downtown. The alliance aims to expand this residence-style concept to 50 top U.S. markets in the coming years, leveraging Reside's expertise with Wyndham's distribution network.
