World Kinect Corporation announced the appointment of Greg Piper to its Board of Directors. Mr. Piper brings over 35 years of experience in the global energy, commodity, and agriculture sectors.
Mr. Piper's background includes successful operational, M&A, and business development experience. From 2014 to 2020, he served as a director and Chief Executive Officer of CP Energy, a private midstream energy company.
Prior to CP Energy, Mr. Piper was CEO of Gavilon Energy, where he led the energy group’s spin-off and subsequent sale. Chairman and CEO Michael J. Kasbar stated that Mr. Piper's operational and management expertise will be a strategic asset for the company.
