Walmart opened its first Supercenter in Eastvale, California, on January 14, 2026, at 14100 Limonite Ave. The new store, part of Walmart’s “Store of the Future” initiative, is the company’s largest investment in the Inland Empire and the fastest‑growing community in the region.

The Eastvale location will add roughly 300 jobs, offering competitive wages, benefits, and the Live Better U career‑growth program. In addition to a full‑service grocery and general merchandise offering, the store features a state‑of‑the‑art pharmacy, a vision center, and a fuel station—services that broaden Walmart’s retail footprint and deepen customer engagement.

Strategically, the new Supercenter is designed to serve as a hub for Walmart’s omnichannel operations. The location will support same‑day delivery, curbside pickup, and in‑store fulfillment for online orders, reinforcing Walmart’s goal of integrating its physical and digital channels to capture a larger share of the growing e‑commerce market in Southern California.

Store manager Jesse Gonzales said the opening “supports local families, creates jobs, and serves as a trusted retail destination for years to come.” He added that Eastvale’s central location makes the store an ideal point for serving residents and commuters across the Inland Empire, accelerating Walmart’s ability to deliver faster and more efficiently.

Eastvale’s population has grown to about 70,000 residents with a median household income of $161,322, making it an attractive market for Walmart’s expansion strategy. The company plans to convert or build over 150 stores in the next few years, and the Eastvale Supercenter exemplifies Walmart’s focus on modern layouts, technology integration, and expanded services to drive growth and strengthen its competitive position in the region.
