Westport Fuel Systems Announces CFO Transition: William Larkin Resigns, Elizabeth Owens Appointed Successor

Westport Fuel Systems Inc. announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, William Larkin, effective immediately. Mr. Larkin will remain in an advisory capacity until September 15, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition of duties.

Succeeding Mr. Larkin is Elizabeth Owens, who has been appointed as the new CFO. Ms. Owens has been with Westport for 10 years, most recently serving as Vice President, Finance and Tax. Her experience includes leading global teams in tax, finance, and accounting, as well as broad experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Dan Sceli, CEO of Westport, thanked Mr. Larkin for his contributions, particularly during a transformational period that included the recent sale of the Light-Duty segment and the establishment of the Cespira joint venture. He expressed confidence in Ms. Owens's expertise to lead the finance team in Westport's next chapter.
