Wrap Technologies, Inc. announced on October 23, 2025 the creation of Wrap Federal, LLC, a wholly‑owned subsidiary designed to serve U.S. federal government clients in the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and other federal agencies.
The new entity is positioned to meet Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) readiness standards and to support classified contracting, providing the company with the compliance, accounting, and security protocols required for federal procurement. Wrap Federal will also seek to collaborate with prime contractors and existing federal frameworks to accelerate access to DoD and DHS programs.
CEO Scot Cohen said the formation “marks an important expansion of our mission to make every encounter safer in the federal and defense landscape,” while President and COO Jared Novick highlighted that the subsidiary will be structured to support DCAA‑auditable contracts and classified engagements. The move reflects Wrap’s broader strategy to evolve from a single‑product company into a full‑spectrum public safety and defense technology enterprise.
By establishing Wrap Federal, the company opens a new revenue channel that could capture federal contracts for its BolaWrap, WrapReality, WrapVision, and counter‑UAS solutions, potentially driving significant growth and reinforcing its position as an end‑to‑end public safety platform.
