WSFS Names Kate McGlinchey as Chief Compliance Officer

WSFS Bank announced the appointment of Kate McGlinchey as Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer. McGlinchey will report to Christine Davis, Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, and will be responsible for leading the design and execution of the bank’s Compliance Management, Fraud, and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programs. Her role will cover all risk areas of the organization, including wealth, consumer regulatory compliance, BSA/AML, and enterprise governance. McGlinchey brings over 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance, financial crimes, and risk management from previous roles at financial institutions such as TD, Capital One, and First Citizens Bank. This appointment reinforces WSFS's commitment to strong regulatory standards and risk management, which is crucial for sustained growth and protecting client and stakeholder interests.
