On January 30, 2025, Select Water Solutions, Inc. announced the appointment of Bruce E. Cope and Timothy A. Roberts to its Board of Directors. Troy W. Thacker will retire from the Board after nearly five years of service.
Mr. Cope brings over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily in investment and operations of exploration and production companies, including serving as Chief Accounting Officer for Hunt Consolidated, Inc. Mr. Roberts has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on the Midstream sector and energy investments, currently serving as CEO of Iron Horse Midstream, LLC.
These appointments are expected to provide complementary expertise to the Board, particularly in accounting, finance, E&P, and midstream operations. The new directors' insights and customer perspectives will strengthen the company's Water Infrastructure growth strategy and business optimization efforts.
