The partnership includes a $2 million investment by XTI in Valkyrie Sciences Holdings LLC, structured as a convertible promissory note with 10% annual interest, issued on October 21, 2025, and a services agreement between XTI and Valkyrie Intelligence LLC, effective October 1, 2025, valued at $600,000.
The Vanguard Platform provides real‑time coordination across aircraft systems and supports lean, data‑driven engineering processes for both teams, applying Valkyrie’s distributed mesh intelligence and digital twin systems to the TriFan 600, streamlining development and enhancing integration of advanced materials and AI‑driven systems.
The collaboration supports XTI’s strategy to advance the TriFan 600 program, which has already secured over 140 conditional pre‑orders and 150 reservations/options, representing approximately $3 billion in potential revenue, and is progressing toward FAA certification.
The partnership reinforces XTI’s commitment to integrating cutting‑edge technology into its xVTOL platform, positioning the company for market opportunities in commercial and defense applications.
XTI plans to file a Form 8‑K with the SEC to disclose additional details regarding the investment.
