Square announced on June 25, 2025, an expanded official partnership with Live Nation Canada, establishing Square as the exclusive point of sale and payment processing provider for all Live Nation Canada venues and major festivals across the country. This three-year agreement will enhance commerce experiences at locations like Toronto’s Budweiser Stage and the new Rogers Stadium, starting June 29.
The partnership will deploy Square’s technology ecosystem, including Square Register, the compact Square Terminal, and the newly launched Square Handheld devices, to manage food, beverage, and merchandise payments. Square Online’s eCommerce capabilities will also enable in-seat ordering at premium sections.
