MingZhu Logistics Holdings Limited announced on July 9, 2025, that it executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ENEXTREND.VN COMPANY LIMITED, owner of the cross-border e-commerce platform Muamau Mall. The MOU was signed on July 7, 2025.
The strategic partnership aims to leverage the expertise and resources of both companies to build high-performance cross-border logistics and supply chain efficiency. The initial term of the MOU is two years, from July 7, 2025, to July 6, 2027.
MingZhu and Enextrend plan to jointly explore the Vietnam and U.S. markets, focusing on supporting Muamau Mall's e-commerce business. The continuation of this cooperation is subject to due diligence, negotiation, and execution of a definitive cooperation agreement, including approval from MingZhu's board of directors.
