By distributing Graymatics’ platform, YY Group expects to open new revenue streams from AI analytics subscriptions and support services, complementing its existing on‑demand workforce and IFM services.
YY Group reported first‑half 2025 revenue growth of 33.7% and a gross profit margin of about 13%, while operating and net losses remained significant. The partnership is therefore a key initiative to diversify revenue and improve profitability, though the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
