YY Group Holding Limited’s Thailand subsidiary, YY Circle Thailand, has entered into a partnership with JW Marriott to supply staffing solutions across all JW Marriott properties in Thailand. The deal adds a high‑profile hotel brand to YY Circle Thailand’s growing portfolio, which already includes Central Group, CP All, Shangri‑La, Banyan Tree, Hyatt and Sheraton.

The partnership covers staffing for guest services, food & beverage, housekeeping, events and back‑of‑house operations, positioning YY Group as a trusted partner for premium hotels in the region. By securing JW Marriott, YY Group expands its presence in the Thai premium hotel segment and signals continued traction in its core on‑demand staffing vertical.

YY Group reported a 53% year‑over‑year revenue increase for the first half of 2025, with gross profit nearly doubling and the gross margin improving to 15.5% from 12.3% in the prior year. The JW Marriott deal is expected to strengthen YY Group’s revenue pipeline for 2025 and beyond, reinforcing its strategy to capture the growing demand for flexible, technology‑enabled workforce solutions in Southeast Asia’s hospitality market.

YY Group operates through two core verticals: on‑demand staffing and integrated facilities management (IFM). The new partnership will bolster the on‑demand staffing segment, adding high‑margin hotel clients and further diversifying the company’s client base. The company’s existing contracts with major hotel brands demonstrate its ability to secure repeat business from premium operators.

CEO Mike Fu said the company is proud to welcome JW Marriott to its expanding network of world‑class hospitality partners in Thailand, highlighting the strength of its staffing platform and the value it brings to top‑tier hotels that demand the highest levels of service consistency and workforce agility. Co‑founder and Country Director of YY Circle Thailand, Jirapat Haetanurak, called the partnership an exciting milestone that underscores the confidence leading global hospitality brands place in the company’s capabilities.

The acquisition of YY Circle Thailand in June 2025 and subsequent partnerships with prominent hotel brands illustrate YY Group’s aggressive push to solidify its market position in Thailand and Southeast Asia. By leveraging proprietary digital platforms and IoT‑driven systems, YY Group differentiates itself in the staffing market and is well positioned to capitalize on the region’s growing demand for flexible, technology‑enabled workforce solutions.
