Zedge, Inc. reported its financial results for the second quarter fiscal 2025, ending January 31, 2025. The Zedge Marketplace saw active subscribers increase by 22% and subscription revenue rise by 13% year-over-year.
Zedge Marketplace Average Revenue Per Monthly Active User (ARPMAU) increased by 9%, and Zedge Premium Gross Transaction Value (GTV) grew by 27%. However, total revenue declined 10% year-over-year.
The revenue decline was primarily attributed to the material pullback in TikTok's U.S. ad spend, lower Monthly Active Users (MAU), and the ongoing impact from GuruShots. The company also reported free cash flow of $0.6 million and highlighted anticipated annualized cost savings of approximately $4 million from restructuring activities, including a 22% global workforce reduction.
