Laventure & Associates brings over two decades of experience and a strong portfolio of repeat customers, including multi-year power line inspection contracts. This acquisition enhances the service capabilities of ZenaTech’s Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) business and provides operational synergies with other recent Florida acquisitions.
CEO Shaun Passley, Ph.D., stated that Laventure & Associates is an important addition that will leverage new capabilities for AI drones to conduct powerline inspections, potentially adding to future DaaS services growth. The global drone power line inspection market was valued at approximately $26.66 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow to $323.8 billion by 2032, exhibiting a remarkable CAGR of 36.63%.
