ZenaTech added 15,000 square feet to its Sharjah facility, including 12,000 square feet for manufacturing and R&D and 3,000 square feet for Drone‑as‑a‑Service operations.

The new space will house modular assembly lines for structural fabrication, electronics integration, calibration, quality control, and final flight testing of the ZenaDrone 1000 and IQ series drones, while the R&D area will focus on new product development and enhancements to existing models.

The expansion will support hiring of 15 to 20 skilled employees in manufacturing, engineering, and operations, positioning the company to scale production for its growing commercial and defense customer base in the Middle East and beyond.

ZenaTech’s Sharjah facility already spans 10,000 square feet; the expansion brings total capacity to 25,000 square feet, doubling its production footprint.

The company reported a 126.52% increase in revenue over the last twelve months, but continues to post operating losses and negative net margins, reflecting heavy investment in growth initiatives.

The expansion aligns with ZenaTech’s strategy to strengthen its AI‑driven drone, Drone‑as‑a‑Service, and enterprise SaaS businesses, and to expand its global footprint with offices in North America, Europe, Taiwan, and the UAE.

CEO Dr. Shaun Passley said the expansion is a strategic milestone that will enhance the company’s ability to design and deliver innovative drone solutions at scale.
