ZenaTech, Inc. announced it has extended an offer to acquire a well-established Florida land survey engineering firm. This potential acquisition would serve as a bolt-on to another recently acquired land survey company, strengthening ZenaTech’s Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) presence in the high-growth Florida market.
If completed, this would be the fourth acquisition in the Southeast region and the fifth acquisition nationally for ZenaTech. CEO Shaun Passley, Ph.D., stated that this acquisition would deliver faster and more precise drone-powered surveys to construction, real estate, and government customers, while accelerating the broader US DaaS rollout.
The global drone survey market is growing at over 19% a year, and ZenaTech plans to leverage this growth by building a scalable, recurring revenue business. The DaaS model offers reduced upfront costs and convenience for customers, as ZenaTech manages drone pilots, regulatory certifications, maintenance, and operations.
