ZenaTech, Inc. announced it has signed a lease to open a Beyond Visual Line of Sight (BVLOS) drone testing facility in Turkey. The facility is expected to be fully set up and operational during the first quarter of 2025.

This testing site will accelerate the development of ZenaDrone’s ZenaDrone 1000 model drones, specifically designed for US Defense Branches and NATO. The company will test defense drone applications such as Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance, and Targeting (ISRT), logistics, and transportation over wide distances.

CEO Shaun Passley, Ph.D., stated that the Turkey facility will advance AI drone swarm solutions and the Drone Command Center hub, which manages multiple drones simultaneously. ZenaTech plans to file a patent for its Drone Command Center in the first quarter of 2025, further enhancing its defense capabilities.
