The software is intended to address complex workforce scheduling challenges in sectors such as healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing. ZenaTech anticipates closing the acquisition before the end of January 2025.
CEO Shaun Passley, Ph.D., stated that this acquisition is part of a larger strategy to expand internal expertise in quantum computing applications across both AI drone and enterprise SaaS areas. Quantum computing's ability to process vast combinations of variables will enable faster and more efficient optimal scheduling solutions for large companies.
