ZenaTech, Inc. announced that its subsidiary, ZenaDrone, has moved into a new manufacturing facility in Phoenix, Arizona. This facility is dedicated to producing US Defense and NATO drones, supporting efforts to create 'Made in America' drones.

The new Phoenix facility will accommodate drone manufacturing and assembly, R&D, sales, pilot, and training teams, and includes an aeronautical test range site for demonstrations. It will produce NDAA-compliant ZenaDrone 1000 multifunction autonomous AI drones for the US military.

CEO Shaun Passley, Ph.D., highlighted that expanding the Arizona presence to include manufacturing, flight testing, and an R&D center for Quantum Computing-based Sky Traffic projects applied to defense is a key development strategy. The R&D work will focus on drone swarms for border control and perimeter security military applications, targeting the global military drone market estimated at $14 billion in 2023.
