On January 6, 2025, Zeta Global announced the appointment of Pamela Lord as its new President of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Lord, a leader in marketing technology, brings over 25 years of experience, most recently serving as Group Vice President and General Manager at Oracle, where she managed B2B and B2C marketing cloud customers. Reporting directly to Zeta’s President, Steven Gerber, Lord will be responsible for overseeing the go-to-market strategy and customer development efforts across Zeta's industry-leading CDP, ESP, and mobile solutions. Her focus will be on driving growth and retention use cases for enterprise clients. David A. Steinberg, CEO of Zeta, highlighted Lord's strategic vision, operational excellence, and client-centric approach as aligning perfectly with Zeta’s mission. This appointment is expected to be pivotal in accelerating Zeta’s growth trajectory and strengthening its leadership in AI-driven marketing, with Matthew Mobley transitioning to Chief Operating Officer.
