Ermenegildo Zegna N.V. announced the adoption of its Human Rights Policy by the Board of Directors on November 21, 2024. This policy formalizes the Group's commitment to promoting and protecting human rights across all aspects of its operations.

The policy outlines adherence to national and international laws, including the UK Modern Slavery Act and the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, as well as international standards such as the ILO Core Conventions and the UN Global Compact. Key principles include non-discrimination, fair and equitable compensation, adherence to working hour standards, and respect for freedom of association.

The Group enforces a zero-tolerance approach towards forced, bonded, or compulsory labor, as well as human trafficking and child labor, implementing strict preventive measures across its operations and supply chains. The policy also extends to data privacy, community engagement, and responsible environmental conduct, with business partners expected to adhere to these principles.
