Ermenegildo Zegna N.V. has reinforced its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles through the adoption of new policies and the update of existing ones. The Occupational Health and Safety Policy was adopted on December 19, 2024, the Chemicals Management Policy on December 18, 2024, and the Environmental Policy on February 20, 2025.
These policies outline the Group's dedication to maintaining safe and healthy workplaces, minimizing environmental impact, and responsibly managing chemicals across its operations and supply chains. The Environmental Policy, for instance, commits to science-based emission reduction targets and aims for 100% electricity from renewable sources at the Group level from 2027 onward.
Additionally, the Group updated its Supplier Code of Conduct in March 2025 to reflect more ambitious standards, aligning with evolving industry norms and heightened customer expectations. This updated code governs relationships with suppliers, requiring adherence to ethical standards, labor rights, and environmental protection, ensuring responsible practices throughout the supply chain.
