Zentek Ltd. announced the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on September 25, 2025, where all proposed resolutions were approved.
Shareholders voted in favor of electing all board director nominees, appointing BDO Canada LLP as the company's auditors, and approving the omnibus long-term incentive plan.
Following the meeting, John Snisarenko was appointed as the new Chair of the Board of Directors, with Eric Wallman stepping down from the Chair position but continuing to serve as Board Secretary and Chair of the Audit and Governance Committees.
