(the "Company") (NASDAQ Capital Market: CFSB), the holding company for Colonial Federal Savings Bank (the "Bank"), announced net income of $160,000, or $0.03 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2023 compared to a net loss of $40,000, or $0.01 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended March 31, 2023 and net income of $105,000, or $0.02 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2022. For the twelve months ended June 30, 2023, net income was $33,000, or $0.01 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $1.4 million, or $0.23 per basic and diluted share, for the twelve months ended June 30, 2022.
