Braze announced the launch of its BrazeAI Decisioning Studio™ on the Google Cloud Marketplace, a move that brings autonomous, individualized decisioning directly into customers’ Google Cloud environments.
The studio was unveiled at Braze’s Forge 2025 conference and uses reinforcement learning to continuously experiment and learn from every customer interaction. It optimizes channel, message, creative, offer, timing, and frequency for each user, enabling hyper‑personalized engagement at scale.
By making the studio available through the marketplace, Braze removes procurement friction and expands its reach to brands already invested in Google Cloud. The partnership positions Braze against competitors that are also developing AI‑powered marketing solutions and signals a strategic push to deepen cloud ecosystem integration.
Braze’s recent financial performance underscores the company’s focus on growth and AI investment. In Q1 FY2025, revenue rose 33.1% year‑over‑year to $135.5 million, while a non‑GAAP operating loss of $10.0 million reflected continued investment in product development. In Q2 FY2026, revenue reached $180.1 million, up 23.8% YoY, and a non‑GAAP EPS of $0.15 beat estimates, highlighting the impact of AI initiatives on top‑line growth.
