The facility features 10 classrooms and an indoor play space, with a capacity for up to 156 children from infancy through age five. It operates weekdays from 5 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with an eventual goal to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to accommodate diverse work schedules.
This partnership highlights KinderCare's expansion in the employer-sponsored child care segment, a key growth area. Maricopa County employees also receive discounted tuition at other KinderCare Learning Centers, offering flexible child care solutions that support employee retention and attraction.
