Nu Skin Enterprises reported fourth quarter 2024 revenue of $445.6 million, an 8.8% decrease year-over-year, but above its latest guidance. The reported diluted earnings per share (EPS) was $(0.73), while adjusted EPS, excluding restructuring and other charges, was $0.38.
For the full year 2024, revenue totaled $1.73 billion, a 12.0% decline from 2023. The full-year reported EPS was $(2.95), with adjusted EPS at $0.84. The company noted that it materially completed its restructuring plan during the quarter.
Nu Skin provided its initial outlook for 2025, projecting full-year revenue between $1.48 billion and $1.62 billion. Reported EPS for 2025 is anticipated to be $3.45 to $3.85, or $0.90 to $1.30 excluding the gain from the Mavely transaction. For Q1 2025, revenue is expected to be $345 million to $365 million, with reported EPS of $2.65 to $2.75, or $0.10 to $0.20 excluding the Mavely gain.
