Rimini Street announced on December 11, 2025 that it is expanding its partnership with Tidewater, the world’s largest offshore service vessel fleet operator, to include its Rimini Support, Rimini Connect and Rimini Consult services across Tidewater’s global operations.

The partnership began in Brazil, where Rimini Street supported Tidewater’s Oracle PeopleSoft ERP system. That engagement led to additional support for SAP and a new tax‑software solution. The expansion now adds Rimini Connect, which will address interoperability and security patching, and Rimini Consult, which will provide professional services for migrating Tidewater to a consolidated SAP system.

By extending its services beyond basic support, Rimini Street demonstrates a strategic shift toward integrated solutions that deliver operational efficiencies. The deal is designed to consolidate Tidewater’s financial systems, automate tax reporting and unlock efficiencies at scale, positioning Rimini Street as a trusted partner for large, multinational enterprises in the energy and maritime sector.

Rimini Street’s Q3 2025 results showed earnings per share of $0.03 versus an estimate of $0.09 and revenue of $103.4 million versus an estimate of $104.01 million. While the partnership does not disclose a specific revenue figure, it is expected to add recurring revenue and strengthen the company’s client portfolio after a recent earnings miss.

Lee Johnson, Tidewater’s Executive Vice President and CIO, said the partnership “has impressed us with how well and often they communicate, keeping our system running smoothly and compliant.” Coy Wright, Vice President of Energy, Utilities and Mining Industry Solutions at Rimini Street, added that the company “delivers measurable cost savings, stronger performance and breakthrough innovation that empower companies like Tidewater to scale faster and smarter.”

The expansion underscores Rimini Street’s broader strategy to move beyond support into AI‑enabled services such as Rimini Agentic UX. By securing a large, global client, the company demonstrates its ability to replicate this model with other enterprise customers, potentially driving future growth and reinforcing its position as a leading third‑party support provider.
